Senior Generative AI Analyst - Cloud Sales Solutions - Google Cloud
What you'll do
Your mission as a Senior Generative AI Analyst - Cloud Sales Solutions - Google Cloud and within our Service Delivery team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales enablement efforts by creating interactive mobile app demos and videos used in pitches and proposals. You'll collaborate closely with the sales team, SMEs, and pitch analysts to craft compelling narratives and user journeys that showcase the value of our cloud services to potential customers. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creative thinking, and strong communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between technology and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with sales to identify solution areas and create sales enablement documents (pitches, infosec questionnaires etc.)
  • Partner with sales to identify solution areas and translate them into engaging sales enablement materials, including interactive demos used in proposals, and presentations.
  • Deeply understand client briefs and conduct industry research to develop insightful presentations tailored to specific customer needs and verticals.
  • Leverage no-code/low-code platforms like Flutterflow to design and develop user-friendly mobile app prototypes showcasing Generative AI capabilities.
  • Integrate compelling chat scripts in app demos that effectively demonstrate the potential of AI-powered chatbots within the proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with design experts and client sales teams to ensure high-impact demo videos and apps seamlessly integrate into pitches and proposals.
  • Manage and support timely delivery of creative assets aligned with client requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing industry research across various sectors (BFS, Telecom, Healthcare, etc.) to gain a deeper understanding of user journeys and market trends.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality content, adhering to strict quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Participate in peer-to-peer mentoring and knowledge sharing initiatives within the team.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Language Level: English and Spanish (B2)
  • Familiarity in app development, preferably using no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Proven background in creating user journeys and understanding UI/UX design principles.
  • Solid knowledge of Generative AI-based app creation and its potential use cases.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and API integration.
  • Bakcground in the tech industry, particularly cloud or SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to create customized interactive mobile apps / app demos tailored to specific industry verticals and customer personas.

  • Experience working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and engage with various stakeholders.
