JOB PURPOSE The Senior HR Logistics Analyst ensures the safe and timely personnel logistics and travel arrangements for the Mobilization & Demobilization activities based on detailed personnel forecasts considering the constraints and evolution of the projects Travel and Mobility Control the quality and accuracy of the detailed personnel forecast data (dates, visas, legal requirements, logistic constraints, etc.) with the Operations and HR Managers for keeping consistency and foresee potential changes during the project execution. Provide the Operations/ HR Manager’s with appropriate advice about mobilization / demobilization challenges (notice to traveller, visa and flight issues, cost optimization alternative solutions to help for operations optimization. Ensure a high level of service to travellers and manning agencies providing accurate information as coordinating the travel arrangements and logistic. Report to Project Managers Mobilization / Demobilization related activity. Prepare Visa strategy and coordinate with the Client Logistic Representative, Local Agents, Travel Agents, Visas Agent and Manning Agencies ensuring all the local and international requirements / documentation is foreseen and obtained in due time. Crewing Control the use of the fleet workforce Provide necessary coverage and work scales Assure the accuracy of the POB JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years working experience including 3-2 years relevant experience in the HR in Logistics. Experience in Oil & Gas Industry is an added advantage. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Any related professional qualification in HR is an additional advantage. Fluent English Level Experience with Drake (Sapiênsia is a plus) Work Location: Barra da Tijuca - (4 days working in the Office e 1 day working from home)
