Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, product improvement, and retirement.
- Manage the Marketing Solutions team.
- Manage the tactical plan of Solution Managers/Specialists and support implementation aligned with the product line strategy.
- Provide daily management and overall responsibility for the strategy of assigned product lines.
- Serve as a technical reference for respective product lines.
- Manage activities to ensure that technical materials, white papers, product launch materials, and training materials are developed as appropriate.
- Develop materials and "anticompetitive" updates for business operations as needed.
- Collect and report feedback on current and future customer needs and desires, such as research and market analysis for the LATAM region.
- Support new product launch teams working across all departments to introduce new Sysmex products to the market.
- Serve as a product line expert and be technically competent in Clinical Laboratory Sciences.
Requirements Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing or fields related to Life Sciences.
- Experience in marketing, sales, and/or training in Marketing, Sales Management, or training, with relevant experience in the medical industry, preferably in the IVD market segment.
- Advanced English (this person will need to communicate with people in US/Canada constantly)
- Be available to work in a hybrid format in our office located in Avenida das Nações Unidas, 17007, Marginal Pinheiros, São Paulo - Brazil.
