This person will partner with key headquarters and regional stakeholders to develop and deploy the Channel Operations framework around the Channel Sales and Service organization within region.This role will work closely with internal colleagues and external Channel Partners across North, Central and South America. Success in this role will rely on strong communication, an inquisitive mindset, and a natural affinity to streamline workflows. Objectives in role will focus on executing channel specific deliverables, improving business processes, extracting data insights from reporting, and ensure compliance to legal and quality standards. Day to day, this role solves a mix of simple and complex requests through a data-driven lens, presentation, and utilizing analytical resources. English, Portuguese and Spanish fluency required. This position is an internal position and requires minimal travel.*Please submit English version of resume/CVResponsibilities:·Implement and execute on Channel Partner Operation frameworks in the AMR LATAM region ·Leads regional contract adjustment and pricing efforts with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and ensures renewal of Partners are executed in a timely manner·Execute Channel Partner account and user on-boarding and off-boarding activities·Assess the impact of pricing and promotion on channel performance and effectiveness·Prepares and communicates advanced analyses to identify drivers and gaps in business·Monitors and reports on regional channel compliance activities·Schedule, coordinate or provide training to Channel Partners as needed·Tracks recruitment and performance assessment of Partners·Participates in AMR wide projects on process improvement and/or system enhancements·Proactively identify program elements that enable partners to generate incremental growth, drive partner satisfaction and loyalty, and maximize program impact and ROI·Performs other duties and ad-hoc analysis as requiredExperience & Skills:·Successful track record in Commercial Operations, FP&A, or a related commercial support role preferred·3-5 years of direct work experience, related industry a plus but not required·Must be able to conduct business in English, Portuguese and Spanish·Self-motivated, high drive, curious, and growth-mindset with desire to innovate·Background supporting various business partners with a focus on analytics and/or operational excellence·Effectively and concisely communicates complex topics with strong written and verbal communication skills·Self-guided in identification, prioritization and execution of deliverables and projects·Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in team settings, and work independently when required·Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, critical thinking and project management skills·Possess an open, flexible, and positive can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills·Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver quality work in a timely manner with competing priorities·Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office and Outlook and possess an innate ability to navigate through new software applications·Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com a plusEducation: ·Must have a B.A. or B.S., technical field preferred but not required.At Illumina, we strive to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by cultivating an environment in which everyone contributes to our mission.
