Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Solution Integrity Analyst will maintain, integrate and implement software applications within the organization. In this role, you will perform moderately complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.
- Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.
- Perform programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
- Keep an open channel of communication with users and respond to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7 + years relevant experience in Boomi, SAP API Management, SAP CPI and overall, 10 years of experience
- Experience with at least one large scale API implementation, lead experience in Boomi and SAP CPI.
- Design thinker, able to come up with the innovative ideas to contribute to the overall design and architecture.
- Accountable to lead, mentor the team.
- Experience in all the phases of SDLC.
- Experience with API architecture design patterns and supporting infrastructure.
- Perform the detailed design of the integration and technical architecture components, set-up the API Management platform, standards (naming conventions), structures, best practices, re-usable framework etc.
- Should be able to work independently on configure, build, and component test the integration or technical architecture components.
- Experience on Java Script, Groovy and XSLT.
- Experience with SQL or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge on the SAP Event Mesh framework is an added advantage.
- Knowledge/Certified on different SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Knowledge/Certified on UKG Pro (Dimensions) is plus.
- Experience on migration activities like moving artifacts from NEO to cloud foundry environment.
- Certified in Boomi/SAP CPI is plus.
- UKG Datahub experience is a plus.
