We are looking for someone who will:- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Develop and implement on-page optimization strategies (such as SEO content review, internal linking, performance optimization, and so on).
- Develop and implement off-page optimization strategies (link building, guest posting, and so on).
- Analyze and report on website traffic, landing page performance, and search engine rankings to inform SEO strategies.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and techniques.
- Create, set up, track and optimize SEO campaigns.
- Ability to create and present weekly/monthly reports on team performance with KPIs in executive meetings.
- Document process, guidelines, checklists, and learnings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement SEO-friendly content marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
- +3 years of hands-on experience optimizing content/website for SEO and CRO in tech companies or startups (desired fintech/B2B).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization and link building.
- Proven track record of improving website search engine rankings.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and other SEO tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Desired basic knowledge of JavaScript.
- Solid content research & copywriting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on and autonomous professional who takes ownership and gets things done.
- Business Fluency in English.
