As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will focus on providing technical support of internal and external customer issues. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support for field services operations or any other aftermarket service requests from the customer.
The Service Delivery Coordinator will provide project support for service planning, logistics, schedule, technical inquiries, and support activities between customers’ drilling team and our BH Engineering, quality, manufacturing, aftermarket services department and in-country service personnel.
Service Delivery Coordinator will provide operations progress reports, make sure GRID Work Orders are raised before operations and may be requested to be allocated work in the customer’s office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to services team offshore & onshore.
- Create and manage GRID Work Orders for the wells operations and onshore activities.
- Drive reduction in NPT by leading Pre-job preparations & discussions with FS team using GRID System.
- Be accountable for operational execution: create and manage GRID work orders, pre-job briefs with Field Services Specialists and Product Service Leads, and drive asset condition reports and end of well reports for the SP&S projects in the region.
- Support the Services Project Manager and Services Delivery Managers in preparing the project readiness assessments (iPRA) for critical start up projects.
- Troubleshoot equipment & operations field failures and liaise with engage Direct to sort out issues.
- Provide technical support for bids and proposals: develop scope of work for additional requests from Customers that can result in variation orders or additional orders.
- Liaise with Engineering to support operations in Country.
- Maintains up-to-date manuals and drawings to support installation of all kit. Able to work with Global Engr/Ops to update and seek clarifications on manuals.
- Ensures field services specialists are up to date on installation practices, provides support to field technicians during troubleshooting/etc.
- Able to escalate field issues to Global Experts and seek support during job execution to avoid serious NPT events.
- Actively monitors operations on both rigs and provides field support. Debriefs after each job, captures learnings, opportunities.
- Proactively takes initiative to resolve issues, able to lead investigations and recommend improvements, able to improve tool reliability/operability/success.
- Maintains project schedules and actively forecasts and tracks capital equipment, tools, spares, consumables, etc.
- Direct contact/communication with global shops to obtain manufacturing/logistics updates.
- Deep knowledge of equipment, ODs/IDs, tooling, able to help team select right kit for the job
- Works jointly with the customers Well Engineers to ensure right equipment is selected, ordered, and meets timelines.
- Takes action to expedite equipment that is behind schedule or at schedule risk.
- Communicates with workshop to ensure planned equipment and tools are prepared and inspected in a timely manner prior to load out.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in subsea operations.
- Being an expertise in Subsea Production Systems installations, completions, workovers and interventions.
- Being an expertise in one or two or more of our subsea products: expert lead in Subsea Wellheads & Premium Connectors operations, or/and in Subsea Tree Installations & Upper Completions, or TLP Systems & Surface Pressure Control Systems, or IWOCS & Subsea Production Control Systems.
- Have proven ability to troubleshoot equipment failures & operational failures in order to find solutions to restore operations for our customers.
- Have proven ability as an inhouse resource for an operator i.e. IOCs preferably, with the capacity to provide in-house support to a large international operator.
- Have excellent project management skills.
