Job Summary
Our client, the second world's largest Sports Manufacturer is looking for a Semi Sr Service Manager
The contractor’s teams and services will generally include:
• Development of software solutions
• Debugging and maintenance of existing applications and features (eComm, B2B and Retail)
• Project management oversight for assigned projects
• Provide technical expertise, experience, and best practices to question, provide guidance and suggestions
working with the assigned our customer's managers/leadership to ensure the priorities and goals to the larger business
are being met and implemented.
IMPORTANT: It's expected you can work on Eastern Time to be aligned with the rest of the Scrum Teams.
Job Responsibilities
- The SM team helps in driving our initiative called “Service Excellence”. This aims to reduce the impact of incidents on our environment using best practices
- Create and managed dashboards based on tickets, including analysis of trends and identification to reduce issues
- Deliver training to ops teams on how to manage key SLAs
- Critical/Major incident management and follow up on post incident reviews and retros
- Within the Aspen Tool, keep and maintain automated reports and dashboards
- Manage and update the main service management reporting tools to include Smartsheet, PPT, PBI reports)

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management, Service Management or Sr. Analyst level experience
- Must possess deep analytical skills
- Must be highly experienced with ITIL principle
- Experienced with ASPEN, PowerBI and Smartsheet
- Must have excellent English-speaking skills and presentation skills
