Responsibilities:

> Content Creation & Execution : Develop and manage compelling, original content across various Social Media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand message.
> Campaign Management: Design and implement Social Media campaigns, utilizing social listening tools to tailor content to audience preferences and trends.
> Analytics and Reporting: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to track performance metrics, interpret Social Media trends, and generate actionable insights for strategy refinement.
> Community Engagement & Social Listening: Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and employ social listening techniques to understand audience sentiment and feedback.
> Trend Monitoring & Adaptation: Keep abreast of the latest Social Media trends and technologies, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
> Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, ensuring a unified approach to Social Media marketing.
Qualifications:
> Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
> Proven Social Media Expertise: Demonstrable experience as a Social Media Specialist, with a strong portfolio of successful Social Media campaigns.
> Heavy User : Extensive knowledge of Social Media platforms and best practices.
> Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative and engaging content ideas.
> Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Social Media analytics and social listening tools, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.
> Communication Excellence: Outstanding writing and editing skills for crafting impactful Social Media content.
> Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
> Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and work independently.
