Main tasks and responsibilities
- Invent, design and implement new features and products within Bromma’s Integrated Solution segment
- Develop the spreader control software platform
- Design and develop software in advanced customer projects
- Support other departments in complicated software issues
- Develop and maintain technical expertise for innovations and progress in research and science
- Plan, design, and conduct research projects according to established scientific methods, principles, and theories to solve problems, improve or generate new products
- Responsible for new development of the Bromma control system software platform.
What you’ll need to succeed
Education
- MSc in Engineering.
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant business / product experience
- Software development, PLC languages and C-like languages
- Knowledge and experience in object oriented programming.
Competencies:
- Self driven, customer oriented and good business awareness
- Problem solving mentality-Ability to work with people of diverse background
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, written as well as oral communication
- A self-starter who is driven, resourceful and creative in contributing with improvement ideas
- Good judgement to prioritise between available resources, profitability requirements and market needs
- Fluent in English, writing and speaking.
