What You'll Do

As a partofBCG’sX Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in bridgingtechnologyandstrategy. You willcollaboratewith premier consultingteamsaroundthe world, applyingyour software developmentexpertiseacross a varietyofambitiousandground-breakinginternationalprojects. You willbe instrumental in advancingBCG's Consulting and BCG X teamsbyprovidingcritical software development insights andspeedingupprojectexecution.   

As a Salesforce Developer you are familiar operating with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Revenue Cloud. Ideal candidates will have experience as a developer delivering solutions in the areaspertaining to sales, marketing, and customer service.You’ll need experience developing using SFDC out of the box components, Apex, SOQL, SASL, Visual Force, Customer Objects, and experience with CI/CD pipelines to name a few SFDC skills. We expect you to have the relevant SFDC certifications tobackup your experience and knowledge with various SFDC clouds across industries. You are expected to work hand in hand with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Testers to deliver the outcome for the client on an agile basis.

What You'll Bring

Technical Skills - Knowledgeand Experience with: 

• Experience in Salesforce Administration, Apex development, Apex classes & triggers, and lightning web components 
• Knowledge of configuring CRM adjacent tools like 3rd party applications and managed packages 
• Familiarity with modern integration technologies and frameworks 
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment 
• Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives and company 
• Previous sales, marketing, or service delivery experience in any industry 
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards. 

JobRequirements: 

• Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience    
• Fluency in PortugueseandEnglish  
• Proven background in end-to-end application development, preferably in a commercial or consulting environment. 
• Active contributions to open-source projects or technical communities are highly valued. 

Core atributes: 

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs. 
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and maintenance. 
• Deliver SFDC solutions using Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies. 
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using middleware and direct API connections. 
• Handle SFDC admin functions such as user & account maintenance, reports & dashboards creation, workflows, and other routine tasks. 
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and other team members to define system requirements and understand business needs. 
• Ensure consistent documentation of all systems and maintain standards for code quality and application performance 
• Collaborate with X and core leadership to drive execution and implementation of identified use cases and roadmap 
• Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity
