Among other responsibilities, you should expect to do many of the following:
•    Investigate and resolve critical system issues for our customers;

Skills and Competences
Required:
•    Excellent English communication skills (written and oral);
•    Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills;
•    Ability to assess, plan and troubleshoot while collecting information about the customer’s issue;
•    Knowledge of at least one of the following:
o          Databases (SAP HANA, ASE, IQ, SQL, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
o          Operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, AIX, etc.)
o          Object-oriented programming (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.) and programming logic
o          SAP Products & Solutions (SAP NetWeaver, SAP Business Suite, SAP Data Services, etc.)
•    Experience troubleshooting software applications, including installation, migration, and networking;
•    Knowledge of business and financial processes;
•    Experience with case tracking systems.
