Job Profile / Activities:  

Leads forecasting, scheduling, and tracking real-time performance in order to support growing business and talent demands.  Approaches Sales & Operations planning with growth and velocity focused mindset while understanding profitability drivers.

Responsibilities
•    Analyzing and solving business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.
•    Leading forecasting using trend analysis and statistical modeling to drive decision-making.
•    Liaising with operational management teams on all matters related to resource planning.
•    Producing effective resource scheduling to maximize performance and meet KPIs/SLA.
 

Basic Qualifications / Skills:

Education: Bachelor Degree required

Language: Pre-Advanced English

Skills:

Products and Services: Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply knowledge of product and service appropriately to diverse situations.
  Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Operational Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of the methods and processes needed to determine and provide resources needed to achieve business results; ability to identify plan and mobilize resources required to fulfill operational objectives and plans.
Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
Capacity Planning & Management: Knowledge of tools, approaches and practices for determining production demand; ability to plan and manage resources needed to provide satisfactory levels of service.
Forecasting: Knowledge of forecasting tools, approaches and practices; ability to determine product demand and estimate production requirements and loads.
