You will work with others to understand the needs and experiences of users and other stakeholders, using that insight to establish a clear direction for the experience strategy and positioning of new solutions.

You are responsible for:

You will be responsible for analyzing information, defining relevant insights, and creating impactful messages based on user and business understanding. You will use rapid development and visualization techniques to experiment with potential directions, guide the creation of experience prototypes, and evaluate them. You will also be an inspiring communicator, lead projects, facilitate co-creation trails, and embed the user experience with stakeholders and team members.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

- Bachelor's degree in UX, interaction design, design management or related design field;
- Fluent English, you will be part of a global team;
- Availability to live in Blumenau|SC or Barueri|SP (our hybrid model consists of 3 days in the office and 2 at home);
- A strong ability to help visually simplify complex sets of data/situations de Designer no geral UI e UX.
- Passionate about innovation.
