The main function of this position is to respond and resolvecomplex service calls providing technical support and troubleshooting toHoneywell customers. Additionalresponsibilities related to the technical delivery of small service jobs, timeand work material, and preventive maintenance may be assigned as well. Thesecustomers will have various products installed that fall into the buildingautomation category. The goal is to ensure system up-time and efficiency.

YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
- Previous automation experience.
