We're looking for a versatile professional to join our team as a Digital Customer Experience Website Support Specialist. This role ensures a seamless online experience for our customers and includes operational excellence responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing user satisfaction and streamlining operational processes, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges and drive continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Customer Experience:
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring a positive and efficient interaction.
· Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the digital customer journey.
· Implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Website Support:
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users, collaborating with the IT team for complex problem-solving and demonstrating the ability to drive issues through to resolution.
· Monitor website performance, conduct regular checks, and ensure the website meets user expectations.
· Work closely with content creators and developers to maintain accurate and relevant website content, actively contributing to the timely resolution of any issues that may arise in these areas - Operational Excellence:
· Streamline and optimize operational processes related to website support, customer interactions, and issue resolution.
· Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with operational goals and standards. - Training and Documentation:
· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for website support processes.
· Provide training sessions for internal staff on customer experience and operational procedures. - Data Analysis:
· Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
· Generate reports on key performance indicators related to customer experience and website support.
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- English Proficient
- Strong Technical aptitudes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
