Introduction on the role:
Sr. Digital Performance Marketing Specialist LATAMis responsible for Digital Performance Marketing for Crocs Brazil’s DTC digital channels (Ecomm and Marketplaces) creating plans and strategies, actively working on the construction of the channels' commercial calendar, defining KPIs (by channel, vehicle and period), proposing tactical and action plans, building and presenting reports, coordinating execution with the partners agencies, ensuring that goals are achieved and deliver the results expected by the company. It reports to Brazil Digital Sr Manager. Also, it is connected to EMEALAI Digital Performance Marketing team to bring tools, strategies and best practices to the region.
What will you do?
Digital Performance Marketing plannings and executions for Brazil Digital DTC channels:
- GTM & Calendar (creation and management of GTM for digital channels)
- Briefing, creation, and deployment of campaigns with creative agency support
- Support CRM & E-mail Marketing strategy
- Affiliates (planning, activation, and management)
- Display & Retargeting (planning, activation, and management)
- Search (planning, activation, and management)
- Social Media (planning, activation, and management)
- Interface and management of suppliers (agencies, vehicles, systems, etc.)
- Performance Marketing Budget Management
- Creation of spreadsheets/dashboards/reports to control and monitor the performance of channels, vehicles, campaigns.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Publicity, or Publicity and Marketing
- Experiences working on Fashion Brands Ecommerce´s or on Digital Performance Agencies for Fashion Brands Ecommerce´s
- 5 to 7 years’ experience as Digital Performance Marketing Planner or Digital Performance Marketing Analyst
- Passionate for digital, ecommerce, digital marketing, people diversity and fashion
- Advanced Office
- Ecommerce Platforms (VTEX)
- Online Media Buying and Management Platforms (DSPs, DMPs, Search, CRM/E-mail Marketing, etc.)
- Fluent English and Portuguese
- Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
