5 to 8 years Technical experience working in Security Operation Centre for a big global organization.
Responsibilities:
• Strong Knowledge on Installation/Configuration of all available SIEM components.
• Responsible for checking new patch and updated released by vendor and verify if any known issue is getting fixed.
• Good knowledge on device and application integration with SIEM solution.
• Responsible for applying new patch and perform up-grade when required.
• Responsible for data and configuration backup of SIEM components.
• Responsible for storage clean-up from SIEM Components on periodic basis make sure that they have enough free storage for normal operation.
• Responsible for troubleshooting issues generated on SIEM components and fix them.
• Track and ensure no long pending tickets exist. * Prepare weekly incident status report for Third Party, obsolete & Critical Infrastructure Tickets.
• Identification and Tracking of Significant Incidents from Overall Incident Pool.
