Manage and control the activities carried out in the production areas, in their shift, guiding the teams in the services to be performed, in the operations of machines and equipment, appropriate use of raw materials and inputs in order to meet production and productivity goals . Monitor and control manufacturing processes, checking, through specific instruments and panels, the progress of the production cycle, analyzing statistical data, identifying the need for adjustments and providing guidance on the actions to be taken. Participate in predictive and preventive maintenance planning, as well as monitor the execution of execution according to production schedules. Propose continuous improvements in working conditions, methods and performance of equipment used in production processes, to contribute to productivity and quality. Control the receipt and handling of raw materials and inputs, according to quality system procedures and production plans. Prepare reports regarding the activities carried out during your shift, transmitting information and statistical data on the production cycle, operational and administrative activities. Manage Human Resources to maintain a balanced organizational climate, with interrelationship with the Department. Industrial HR, as well as updating individual matrices, career plans, technical and machine factors, and carrying out periodic performance evaluations of subordinates. Provide instructions on the measures to be taken, in the event of an emergency or immediate serious risks, including, where relevant, interruption of work activity and abandonment of the workplace or hazardous area. Require workers to individually comply with existing HSE procedures, as well as the company's regulations on the environment, safety and occupational health, and for them to use the collective means of protection and personal protective equipment at their disposal, adopt measures to control environmental and safety risk situations; Ensure that HSE tasks delegated to the factory are carried out correctly and in accordance with HSE legislation; Propose necessary corrective actions and improvements, as well as disciplinary actions to HR in case of non-compliance by employees; Multiply HSE training for team leaders and their trainees.

• Technical training in Mechanics/Electrical.
• Minimum of 6 (four) years of experience in Umbilical Manufacturing.
• Focus on Quality and the Customer, versatile and able to interact with customers and other visitors.
• Demonstrate administrative aptitude, time management and ability to multitask.
• Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with stressful circumstances.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork.
•Proactive.
• Passion for learning and personal growth, with a significant focus on industry development.
• Ability to deal with and work with interruptions and adapt to changing priorities.
• The ability to motivate others is crucial, as is a solid level of technical understanding of the manufacturing process, products and machines.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
