Job Description:

  • Recording everyday problems and requirements regarding the services provided to our customers at the level of service level agreements and appropriate solutions to the project scope.
  • Fixing known problems and supporting design solutions.
  • Collecting symptoms, analyzing, and solving customer problems through remote access.
  • Cooperation and coordination of service support with other internal and external departments to handle incidents, requests, and changes.
  • Responsible for taking inbound calls and providing support to end users and IT systems.
  • Perform monitoring function of all networks, servers, applications, securities and infrastructure configuration items in a 7x24 shift plan.
  • Apply ITIL based processes (Incident, Event, Problem, Configuration, Change, SLA management, etc.) for operation of projects Perform scheduled maintenance activities and tasks.
  • Make escalation to 2nd level or 3rd level for higher troubleshooting and follow up.
  • Notify status of incidents to internal and external contacts.
  • Report activity and time spent during shift hours.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Employee Requirements:

  • Higher education degree in Information Systems or Computer Science related program,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Team-oriented with the ability to learn and act independently,
  • Adaptable to established standards of practices,
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
  • Excellent customer service skills, keeping the “Customer First” in all activities and communications,
  • Eagerness to work in a global and multi-cultural, international team,
  • A passion to implement, secure, maintain, and automate complex systems,
  • Willing to learn administrative scripting, automation, and monitoring,
  • Ability to think quickly and respond when things do not go as planned,
  • Candidates with Enterprise/Network Operations Center, IT Service/Help Desk, etc. experience will be preferred.

 

Education:

  • IT, electrotechnical, eventually other technical focus
  • Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
  • University education (Bachelor's degree)
  • Associate degree in Computer Science is preferred, or related field experience

Language Skills:

  • English Language - Intermediate (B2)
  • Turkish Language – Expert
