Job Description


The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible to develop and lead the Talent Acquisition strategy for studios in Malta, Belgium, and Spain. You will be responsible for achieving ambitious goals, developing innovative initiatives, robust structures, and processes to ultimately develop not just an industry leading Talent Acquisition Team, but a global one.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Talent Acquisition strategy and manage already implemented initiatives to improve the overall candidate experience through recruitment and on-boarding
  • Provide comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, ensuring effective talent attraction according to the company’s objectives and compliance requirements
  • Partner with key operational stakeholders, advising on Talent Acquisition across global markets, better enabling us to reach our business goals
  • Lead, mentor and grow a strong team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing development plans, monitoring and analysis of individual KPI’s, review and update performance related incentives and secure overall work quality
  • Analyse and interpret data and key metrics to drive continuous improvement and identify trends and areas of focus
  • Pro-actively network across the business, meeting stakeholders where possible, to remain informed about business performance and hiring needs
  • Report on KPI’s, projects and deliverables to key stakeholders as required
  • Develop robust Standard Operating Procedures to refine current processes, as well as sharing our success with other global teams
  • Utilize all the resources available to continue to pro-actively source candidates whilst identifying additional and new, financially feasible sources
  • Develop strong external knowledge of our markets to provide guidance and advice to our internal clients / stakeholders e.g. competitor and market analysis, candidate profiling etc
  • Work with the employer branding team to develop effective attraction campaigns
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the Talent Acquisition process is well-managed
  • Support the preparation, monitoring and control of the Talent Acquisition budget
  • Where relevant, provide support to the business around sourcing, identifying and assessing potential candidates
  • Pro-actively and professionally represent Evolution in the external market as an employer of choice for candidates
  • Work with the Employee Experience Team to ensure all candidates receive the best experience during any relocation processes
  • Partner with members of the HR team to work on complex HR projects cross-functionally
  • Perform other duties requested by the manager, which are related to this position and meet qualifications·
  • Support the general HR function during colleagues’ vacations, sick leave and other absences
  • Any other ad-hoc duties which may be required

Qualifications
  • Experience of managing Talent Acquisition teams across international markets, preferably within iGaming
  • Previous experience of leading Talent Acquisition within a fast paced, international organisation
  • Experience recruiting on various levels
  • Experience managing partnerships with third-party and contingent search vendors
  • Experience with sourcing tools and technology
  • Skilled in building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of Maltese and EU employment law
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
