Job Description:
Screen the stat-of-art heating/cooling technologies across HVAC, MAC and E-cooling industries;
Identify, initiate and manage new projects for business growth by working closely with the commercial and technology teams and the industry;
Develop and summary refrigerant property related new methods to support refrigerant application;
Communicate the progress with leadership team through stage gate process;
Close cooperation with global R&D team for refrigerant/blend research and development;
Publish achievable paper and patents related refrigerant research and application;
Communicate with global technology team regularly;
Ensure all work is carried out under Honeywell HSE policy;
Master in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering with 5+ years working experience;
OR PhD in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering with 3+ years working experience;
Solid understanding in thermodynamics and refrigerant property;
Strong model-based design capability;
Strong fast learning capability;
Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural global organization are essential;
Virtues are required: Optimistic and positive; teamwork spirit; results-oriented; and ambitious to pursue challenging targets;
Strong test and analysis experience will be a plus;
Fluent in English speaking and writing;
