Main Functions You will join the Brazil Commercial team, who are looking for a Technical Sales Assistant to help with commercial strategy and advancement, as well as to provide support for customers and resellers. Reporting to the Regional Manager. - Vacancy for Mossoró/RN Implement, conduct, obtain results and present reports on protocols selected by RTV, Regional Manager and National Manager. Contribute information to the marketing planning of biological products, together with the Regional Manager and RTV, taking into account Agribusiness and competition perspectives in order to achieve expected results and increase market share. Support the RTV sales budget established for the operating territory. Deliver the expense budget established for your territory of operation. Support RTV in field day assemblies and side-by-side areas. Deliver products (except sharp and blunt instruments, unless essential for carrying out your activity; explosives, fuels and/or chemical products or chemical pesticides that present an imminent risk to health or are flammable) to customers with prior alignment with RTV and Regional Manager, when necessary. Represent the company at conventions, seminars, conferences, fairs, field days and conferences. Request support from the different sectors of Lallemand in cases of customer complaints and queries. Base your decisions on prior alignment with RTV and GR to achieve the territory's objectives. Monitor, encourage and publicize Marketing actions promoted by Lallemand (Laltraining, Lalcast...). Drive vehicles, make trips in compliance with all traffic and company regulations and legislation, making travel arrangements in accordance with internal travel policy. Carry out the activities planned for the position, taking into account the Mission, Vision and Values of the organization. Comply with the company's work safety standards, using the PPE (Individual Protection Equipment) and EPC's (Collective Protection Equipment) necessary for the role, ensuring the physical integrity of themselves and all employees; participate in DS (Safety Dialogue) and Labor Gymnastics.
