About the Position:
We are searching for a proactive Account Manager to strategically grow, develop, and ensure that our customers are getting maximum value from our technologies and products. This individual will collaborate closely with our teams providing local technical support and guidance to our clients, ensuring the smooth implementation and operation of our products and services.
Moreover, acting as a liaison, facilitating resolutions and collaboration between our local clients and the technical team abroad. This role is pivotal in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and optimizing the performance of our video solutions.
The ideal candidate must have a go-getter personality and be an exceptional executor with great communication skills. We are looking for someone who is a team player by nature, has strong problem-solving skills, and can establish and maintain long-term relationships with our valuable customers.
About you / Requirements:
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Comfortable with web technologies to assist clients with integrations and troubleshooting.
- Proven track record in providing technical assistance to clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with customers on all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical inquiries
- Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
- Fluent Portuguese (both oral and written) - a must.
- Spoken English - a plus
The interview will be held in Portuguese
This is considered an entry level position and we will provide you with all the training required.
Candidate must be based in São Paulo, Brazil or surrounding area.
This position is fully remote.
