What You Will Do
The Technical Delivery Senior Manager is responsible for strategically, innovation and technical projects from start to completion with a deep understanding of our business, our consumers and technical project requirements. He/She will work with our end-to-end R&D team to identify the critical R&D deliverables and risks associated with the project and escalate issues to remove barriers as needed. He/She individual will work closely and partner with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and quality, to successfully deliver our innovation.
This role is for a leader looking to make an impact while working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D teams through the delivery of complex projects to support our business objectives and priorities
- Drive a culture of agility, discipline, and consumer centricity throughout the innovation process for the R&D team
- Strategically coordinate and communicate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner with the Portfolio Management team and R&D leaders to identify key project priorities and deliverables resource allocation
- Manage technical resources, budget ownership and tracking tracking across projects
- Drive the development of project briefs from a technical perspective with all stakeholders and develop the project plan, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Manage R&D project team meetings to ensure technical milestones are achieved.
- Track and manage project technical progress, identify risks to be communicated to stakeholders, and develop scenario options to be considered by governance committees.
- Ensure projects are continuously evaluated against success metrics and identify work plans to address areas of concern
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement , by enabling new ways of working, implementing process improvements where needed, and collaborating with peers and cross-functional team teams to scale best practices.
- Engage and promote a community of practice among the right right properprojects the Technical Delivery team with a consumer-centric, growth mindset to guide the appropriate projects results.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science field.
- Minimum of 6 years of business experience in managing or leading complex technical projects.
- Advanced English Skills.
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Consumer Goods Industry or Pharmaceutical Company.
- Experience in Research and Development process.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo to drive for better outcomes.
- Skilled at driving difficult conversations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Previous experience with agile methodologies.
