In this position, you’ll play an important role in Global ICL IT, ensuring effective and efficient use of IT devices and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide second level support to IT teams and users.
- Train and keep related IT staff informed of changes or updates specific to technical areas.
- Build hardware requirements for desktops, laptops, mobile devices.
- Manage computer and mobile policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Operating Systems:
- Proficiency in Windows, mobile IOS and Android operating systems.
- Software Support:
- Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with productivity suites (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and specialized applications.
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM):
- Efficiently manage software installations, patches, and system configurations.
- Microsoft Intune:
- Manage and secure devices from a central console.
- Office 365 Administration:
- Handle user accounts, licenses, security settings, and collaboration tools.
- PowerShell Scripting:
- Create custom scripts, manage configurations, and perform system maintenance.
- Azure Automation:
- Utilize cloud-based automation, operating system updates, and configuration services for consistent management across Azure and non-Azure environments.
- Networking Basics:
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Security Awareness:
- Awareness of security best practices, data protection, and user access controls.
