The B2B Customer Growth Marketing (CGM) team within Dell Field & Partner Marketing is on a mission to transform marketing through the adoption of customer-centric solutions driven by Generative AI, machine-learning, Big Data, and world-class engineering. Working very tightly with Field Marketing and Sales stakeholders, we enable for the right message to get to the right customer at the right time through their omni-channel journey at massive scale. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you'll achieve
As a Technical Product Manager you will contribute to deliver an exceptional Growth Marketing Engine that will enable our Sales and Marketing teams to work at full velocity to meet our customers’ needs. You will play a critical role in driving the development and delivery of innovative solutions that will help us increase our ability to generate actionable insights at scale, resulting in the optimization of our marketing touchpoints for a better customer experience and business outcomes.
You will
• Interact with business stakeholders and/or product leads to understand business goals and needs, translating them into user-centric product roadmaps
• Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to understand technical requirements and challenges
• Prioritize feature development, balancing technical complexity, business value, and customer impact
• Champion data quality and integrity across all products, ensuring that data-driven decisions are based on accurate and reliable information
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Communicate product vision and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the user experience Take the first step towards your dream career

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of delivering successful data-driven products or projects
• Problem-solving and analytical skills,understanding of data science concepts, data engineering processes, and automation technologies
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage product roadmaps
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools
• Proven experience in SQL
• Advanced English (application in English required)
Desirable Requirements
• Experience in Python and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with B2B Marketing and tech industry
