YOUR TASKS
In this role you will be part of the Global Process Engineering Department within Nordex BLADES. Your tasks will mainly include:
- Technical interface between Nordex stakeholders and external blade suppliers
- Global administration of technical blade specific projects
- Technical alignment with plants and suppliers for blade specific tasks
- Manage blade specific improvements across Nordex blade plants and suppliers
- Identification of improvement needs and collaboration with process excellence team
- Defining and driving cost-out measures (MCO/ECO’s) and tracking their implementation
- Priority coordination with local technical teams / MPM´s/ plants
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Multiple year experience within blade manufacturing is required
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis outside of EU
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Hands-on mentality
- End-to-end-thinking
- Flexible and stress resistant
