EndereçoNerdy is seeking a Technical Recruiter based in Brazil to join our international recruiting team and assist in full cycle recruiting for positions in software engineering, design, data science, product management, marketing, and more. The Technical Recruiter will be a key partner with hiring managers and department leaders and will help develop and execute strategies to source, engage, and hire the best talent for our teams. The ideal candidate will work as a strategic talent advisor to hiring teams and provide expertise on how to effectively source high quality candidates across South America. This person will have extremely sound professional judgement and will be able to adapt to a variety of situations quickly.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer, for roles within software engineering, data science, product management, etc
- Knowledge of and experience with recruiting systems and tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, etc)
- Fluent in English
- Enthusiasm and confidence to partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop and support an exceptional interview process
- Passion for innovation and technology that drives greater recruitment efficiency and high quality hires for the company
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for software engineer, data science, and product management positions from initial outreach through offer
- Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving and managing unique candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented and diverse teams
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with broader recruiting team, and cross-functional internal teams
- Champion and obsess over an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience, striving for timely and impactful communications
- Clear communication (written, verbal, meetings) with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes
- Ability to perform detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy
