Your Impact
- Respond to occurrences and technical information sent by dealers through existing systems; "One Number and Tech Connect".
- Give technically support to dealers and field coordinators in diagnosing / guiding and resolving technical product complaints;
- Report internal areas to technical problems news identified by dealers as critical and premature;
- Monitor and warn prematurely about recurrences of technical solutions implemented in products;
- Monitor customer complaints that affect customer satisfaction due to product performance and availability.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering
- Have experience in industrial companies.
- English language advanced.
- Have experience in industrial companies.
- Microsoft Office ability. English language advanced.
