Since 2014 Volcafe has been providing direct technical assistance to farmers, helping them to improve their coffee quality, farm productivity and yields via our Volcafe Way Farmer Support Organizations (FSOs). Requirements: - Administration, Engineering graduation (or equivalent) - Desirable experience in agribusiness or warehouse operations - Proficient in English (desirable) - Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, good analytical skills, driver’s license. *Availability to live in Linhares/ES Other requirements: - Positive attitude towards learning by doing methods from the bottom up - Be communicative and proactive - Immediate availability - Availability on travelling to other facilities Main activities: - Learn the end-to-end warehouse routines, such as: as loading and unloading of coffee, processing and preparation of coffee for shipment, and sending samples for conference. - Warehousing methods - Special/certified coffee particular cares - Coffee processing - Machinery maintenance - Operational roles understanding, supervising maintenance, inventory control, and packaging. - Administrative roles understanding, fiscal movement and expense control. - Operational mandatory certificates - Volcafe’s operational minimum control standards (MCS) - Brazilian labor rules - Tracking of team management activities - Conducting audits.
