What You'll Do
You will join as Transformation Advisor in Financial Institutions Practice Area, as part of our Transformation and Impact Centre and work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society.
Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites. Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge. Because our clients operate all over the world, you may travel internationally.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Banking or credit card centre with leading financial institutions or consulting firms, deep understanding in digital marketing and wealth products as a plus.
- Proven track record of driving business results through strategic initiatives, product innovation, and client relationship management.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, can partner with clients in the banking sector to understand their business objectives, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to drive transformation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Passionate in banking industry and willing to dive deep into the market.
- Bachelor's degree or above from leading institutions
