ZTE do Brasil is looking for a professional for the position of [Wireless] Quality Manager in ZTE Argentina Office.
Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the work of quality team members;Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization;Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;Defining quality procedures in conjunction with deployment and maintenance staff;Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training;Write reports or other documents about projects’ status or daily/weekly/monthly activity, requested by the direct manager.Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.Responsible for other assignments requested by the direct manager;Share the experience with all team members;Respect all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports, and company internal order regulation.
Qualification & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.4 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the Telco industry and previous working experience in big telecommunication operators is preferred.Team leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and with rich communication skills.Proficient in English.Must have a thorough understanding of Quality Assurance tools and techniques in Telco industry.Quality audit training will be an advantage (ISO9000:2000, TL9000).
