- Guide teams in mastering Scrum principles to optimize execution efficiency

- Cooperate alongside Product Owners to refine backlog priorities effectively

- Foster a culture of ongoing improvement and the adoption of best practices

- Ensure alignment with Scrum values and the maintenance of a sustainable pace
- Drive synergy with fellow Scrum Masters and stakeholders for unified goals
Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role :
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Fluent Spanish level
- Experience working as a Scrum Master for four or more years
- Holds a professional background of over four years in the IT industry.
- Have worked in at least two similar companies or projects
- Solid experience with Jira and Confluence
- It would be a plus to have experience with Miro, Mural, and OKRs
