WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Working Student for BCG’s Global Talent Acquisition function, you will focus on Strategic Projects in the Employer Branding space. You will support in developing and executing projects that guide talent strategically to BCG as an employer of choice. One example is the development of a Talent Advocacy Program. Your responsibilities may include program strategy development, research, analysis, preparation of key meeting materials and social media content. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the preparation of townhalls with hundreds of employees, including agenda planning, survey development, presentation design and more.
You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers flexibility to combine personal, academic, and professional life. It is a temporary role from minimum 12 to maximum 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Taking ownership and thinking ahead with an analytical and open mindset, e.g., proactively identifying potential challenges and proposing innovative solutions
Collaborating with various stakeholders across a global organization and building relationships
Planning and supporting execution of (virtual) events, workshops, video shoots and more
Developing project plans and creating presentations with a creative, yet organized mindset
Balancing multiple tasks at the same time, being able to prioritize and communicate to the point
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Strong English written and verbal communication skills e.g., grammar, mechanics and Business English vocabulary
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (mostly PowerPoint, sometimes Excel and Word)
Willingness to learn and hands-on attitude
Interest for Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Project Management topics

BCG’s Global Talent Acquisition function, specifically with the Employer Branding and Strategic Projects Team. We are a diverse and motivated team that works on impactful projects that are essential to BCG’s success. You have the unique opportunity to work with colleagues spread across the US, India, UK, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. Your line manager will be based out of the Munich office.
