Requisitos:•Bachelor's degree and enrolled with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);•Strong legal experience, handling with agreements and commercial matters, at a law firm or in-house legal counsel;•Knowledge and experience in negotiating and advising on legal business matters;•Strong interest in developing relationships with stakeholders and the Legal Team;•Advanced written and spoken English;•Spanish is a plus.Atividades:•Support the company and assist the local Legal Team / Head of the Legal Department with all legal matters, including but not limited to agreements and commercial documents;•Review, draft and negotiate contracts, letters and others legal documents;•Participate and assist in the negotiations, drafting and implementation of contracts;•Ensure compliance with internal guidelines / policies and procedures;•Support the execution of the company's projects from a legal point of view.
