Honeywell First Responder (Morning Pride) issearching for Regional Sales Manager to join our team. We are along-time player in protecting Fire Fighters on the job. We are focusedon protecting Fire Fighters when they are in the most difficult situations.Whether that is in a burning building, on the side of the road or helping anaverage citizen in their time of crisis. In short, Honeywell First Respondersenables Fire Fighters everywhere the protection needed to perform their jobsand return home safely.
As a member of the HFR sales team, you will behelping build our business with existing end customers and distributionpartners in your assigned territory. You will define sales and growth strategy towardkey fire departments and distributors. As our face tothe customer, you are key to discovering new customer needs and opportunitiesthat drive increased revenue. This role supports the Greater DC Area (VA, DC, WV, MD).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, develop, and matureopportunities to increase market share of assigned area
- Manage existing book of business to meet or exceed salesgoals of assigned area
- Deliver sales presentation to customers at varying levelsof the organization (i.e. Union boards, City Council, Fire Chefs)
- Ability to navigate complex city/state government contractswith knowledge of government spending cycles
- Manage Momentum through the sales cycle
- 50-75% travel within region working with local firedepartments and distributors
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma
- 2 Years’ experience in sales/account management

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence at varying levels across theorganization.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in ahighly matrixed environment.
