Job Description

About you
You are a professional with advanced expertise, you apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.


Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of related work experience and general knowledge within your functional area; or an advanced degree without work experience.

  • Finance background.

  • Bi-Lingual: Must possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the Portuguese & English language.

  • Good understanding of the LATAM market and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the medium to large business customers portfolio on a daily basis via AR Aging report.

  • Identifies focus accounts that require intervention or escalation to Team Lead/Management.

  • Examines and investigates the detailed level of customer accounts invoices, payments, credit memos and unapplied credit via account reconciliation.

  • Conducts a regular call and emails to customers based on Collection Policy and guidelines of the Company.

  • Works

  • with Sales, Legal, Finance Ops, Renewals and other internal workforce to ensure proper coordination and escalation is addressed on the account and/or resolve billing issues which has a direct impact to collection process

  • Recommends and process Suspension, Cancellation, Write-off and Reactivation.

  • Analyses the delinquent account balances and negotiate with delinquent accounts

  • Conducts quality controls/operational audit work, monitor control compliance and report any control deficiency.
