Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant at Erbe Group located in Barueri, SP.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including:
- Administrative support and carrying out letters, accounting and financial reports, spreadsheets, PPT, letters to representatives, internal communications and request for information;
- Administration and organization of files;
- Power, maintenance and upgrade of important files within the network Erbe do Brasil at share point;
- Prepare meeting minutes and internal reports;
- Coordination, organization and execution of internal meetings, always following the MD guidelines;
- Administrative and organizational support for employees travels;
- Powering, maintaining and updating data and contact information in the system CRM from Erbe GmbH;
- Responsible for controlling and managing the cash, support and coordination of the desk;
- Responsible for human resources in the office, with the support of a consultancy external.
- Responsible for the accounting and finance in the office, with the support of a external consultancy.
- Prepare subsidiary expense reports to the head office, as well as to the consultancy responsible;
- Make office payments;
- Meet the demands of the subsidiary, such as office supplies, cleaning and contact with suppliers.
The role will be primarily based in Barueri.

- Degree in Business Administration, finance or related;
- Portuguese and English (advanced writing and speaking);
