Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative. In this dual role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the company while also ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for promoting wellness.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistant:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Manage the organization and filing of financial and administrative documents.
- Assist in maintaining and updating records, databases, and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare the necessary documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
Customer Service Representative:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about our products and services.
- Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and live chats in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new products and promotions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for health and wellness is desirable.
