Advanced Project Engineer | Advanced Business Analyst
We have an opportunity for an Advanced Business Analyst to join our team in Bucharest. This role will be actively involved in project and initiatives driving improvements and efficiency across the Strategic Business Group. This position will stay in close touch with Global Engineering Organization, partnering cross functionally for collaboration and making progress on the defined improvement initiatives and projects. Also, this position will be in charge in reporting NPI metrics and KPIs Globally, Industrial Automation Strategic Business Unit. The role will support the businesses as per business needs and is expecting to generate ideas / proposals for process change directed towards productivity and increase efficiency increase to deliver successful launches on the market. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key requirements:
- New Products Introduction Performance and Organic Growth Reporting: Support the new product introduction (NPI) process built within Honeywell’s Industrial Automation stage gate process to ensure deliverables are completed on critical product launches;
- Lead medium to large business projects (implementation of new tools and processes). Drive and lead change management across Eng. Org but also strong collaboration on processes interrelatedness;
- Process improvement initiatives / projects within Transformation Engineering Operations: Work close with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and support process improvements initiatives SBG Engineering Org and
- Offering Management Organization, as primary source for NPI Say/Do and Organic Growth;
- Internal consultancy: Partner with business Offering Management, Customer Marketing, Program Management and business and Global Engineering by influencing successful data gathering and ‘share of wallet’ mindset to drive growth and margin profitability;
- Develop project management skills for driving independently impactful projects within organization;
- Provide support and guidance to internal users on compliance and troubleshoot in partnership with IT and business the failure modes, build Root Cause Analysis;
Key skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Applied Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Engineering or Computer Science Master’s degree;
- Minimum 5 years as Business Analyst or analytics experience and ability to understand cross-functional business processes in a large, matrix organization;
- Strong, proven expertise in working with Excel and excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to work with large data bases: SQL or similar; Use of Phyton would be an advantage;
- Experience in working with Tableau and or BI, as visualization tools;
- Team player, with “let’s do it” and “win together” positive attitude.
