As a Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets for our Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) business unit. HPS improves the safety, reliability, efficiency and sustainability of industrial facilities on every continent around the world. With more than 12,000 employees in 120 countries, HPS offers a full range of industry-leading automation and control solutions and advanced software applications to key vertical industries, including oil & gas, mining, refining, pulp & paper, power, chemical, and life sciences.
Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, as well as providing technical expertise and support to customers in Istanbul, Turkey. Your expertise in inside sales and your technical knowledge will directly impact the HPS business unit's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.
You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you'll work out of our Istanbul location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the HPS business unit by driving revenue growth and positioning Honeywell as a trusted partner in the market. Your ability to provide technical solutions to customers' needs and meet sales targets will contribute to the business unit's growth and competitiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
• Working very closely with Lifecycle Services line of business representatives for customer satisfaction
• Analyze new offerings of HPS and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or technical sales, OR
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation systems engineering
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to provide technical solutions to customers' needs
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
