As LATAM Sr. Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for Brasil manufacturing planning, scheduling and control, and inventory replenishment for 3rd party plants.
We are looking for a very dynamic professional, able to quickly adapt yourself, surpass difficulties into complex scenarios, direct effective action on supply chain and establish valuable connections with stakeholders.
The LATAM Sr. Planning Analyst is responsible for production planning, local inventories replenishment and on hand stocks control.
He or she should be able to understand indicators of forecast direction, where assumptions have been violated, correlate this with others supply & financial KPIs and drive improvements to sales and working capital.
• Manufacturing planning, scheduling and control. (Via TOTVS and SAP).
• Replenishment of local inventories (finish goods, raw material, and package).
• Run MPS and MRP (master production scheduling and material replenishment planning).
• Control of on hand inventories: Days of stock, product life cycle, slow movers.
• Place and monitor orders (TOTVS purchase requisitions, SAP purchase orders and stock transfer orders).
• Drives cross-functional alignment to resolve supply imbalances to minimize service impacts, changeovers, and over time.
• Close work with Demand Planning and Customer Service teams to understand market strategies and align inventories strategy: importation volumes/ product discontinuation / phase-in / phase-out/product transfer.
• Close work with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Address planning-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve inventories turns.
• Monitor and report any important topic regarding inventory healthy.
• Execute diagnostic projects, design and implementation of new dashboards, and process improvements.
• Establishing trusting relationships with the internal areas to develop a growing and efficient delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in production scheduling, supply planning, materials management, ERP.
• English advanced or fluent.
• Spanish is a plus.
• TOTVS knowledge is mandatory.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Fiori).
• APICS/ASCM certification is a plus.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
• Consistent experience in supply planning and production scheduling.
• Prior experience with advanced planning via TOTVS.
