Required Skills:
Advanced/fluent EnglishPython for Automation, UI Path, HPOO, Agile Project Management.
Python Proficiency for Automation:Extensive experience and proficiency in Python programming language specifically for Automation purposes using Automation Frameworks such as Selenium, Beautiful Soap, Appium, etc.Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for automation tasks.English Communication Skills:Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Version Control:Solid understanding and hands-on experience with version control systems, preferably Git.Testing and Debugging:In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and the ability to conduct thorough debugging and troubleshooting of automation scripts.Web Technologies:Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively automate web applications.API Automation:Experience in automating RESTful APIs using tools like requests or frameworks like Flask or Django.Database Interaction:Experience in interacting with databases using Python or other similar programming language, with knowledge of SQL queries.Scripting and Automation Tools:Strong scripting skills and experience with automation tools for various platforms (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).UiPath Experience:Familiarity or hands-on experience with UiPath, a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool.Previous involvement in developing automation workflows using UiPath.HPOO (Hewlett Packard Operations Orchestration):Knowledge or experience with HPOO, an IT process automation software.Understanding of orchestrating and automating IT processes using HPOO.
Responsibilities:Incident Management:Incident Triage and Resolution:Receive, prioritize, and analyze incident reports related to automation processes.Collaborate with the team to resolve incidents promptly.Root Cause Analysis:Conduct in-depth investigations to identify the root cause of incidents.Work with development and operations teams to implement permanent solutions.Incident Documentation:Document incident details, including causes, resolutions, and preventive measures.Maintain a knowledge base for quick reference and continuous improvement.Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements for automation initiatives.Ensure a clear understanding of business needs and expectations.System Design and Architecture:Work closely with development teams to design robust and scalable automation solutions.Ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.Automation Development:Python Scripting:Provide expertise in Python scripting for automation tasks and projects.Collaborate with development teams to optimize and troubleshoot Python scripts.UiPath Development:Contribute to the development and maintenance of UiPath workflows.Ensure adherence to best practices in UiPath development.HPOO Integration:Contribute to Integrate automation processes with HPOO for efficient orchestration.Collaborate with HPOO developers to ensure seamless integration.Testing and Quality Assurance:Test Planning:Develop test plans for automation projects, defining test cases and criteria.Collaborate with testing teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Quality Assurance:Implement and enforce quality assurance processes for automation solutions.Conduct reviews and audits to ensure adherence to coding standards.Monitoring and Reporting:Monitoring Automation Processes:Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance of automation processes.Proactively identify and address potential issues.Reporting and Analytics:Generate regular reports on the performance of automation systems and projects.Provide insights into trends, usage patterns, and project statuses.Collaboration and Communication:Stakeholder Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.Provide regular updates on project statuses and incident resolutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and business analysts.Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration between teams.Continuous Improvement:Process Optimization:Identify opportunities for process optimization within automation workflows and projects.Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.Training and Documentation:Provide training sessions for team members on new automation processes and projects.Update documentation to reflect changes and improvements.Feedback Collection:Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.Implement changes based on feedback and lessons learned.
