Purpose of the position
1. Eliminate inconveniences for customers who use equipment in the knowledge area.
We are focusing on discovering new customers and increasing sales.
2. Analyse market trends and present them to colleagues/clients. Develop new and improved methods and tools to support the business at the departmental level.
Priority for the above purposes is determined by the immediate supervisor.
Key Accountabilities
Conduct for field service:
- Monthly report on management company maintenance and parts sales
- Monthly report on discovering new customers
Health and Safety Responsibilities
- Responsible for securing their own and co-workers’ safety and health with all possible means
