Job Description

The team:

The Finance Team at Mattel Latin America is in charge of informing employees on the company’s results and performance. As part of its main activities, it complies with its obligations as a public company, it controls the company’s expenses and establishes the fiscal strategy.

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Participation in Projects related to Systems, Processes improvements, Tax planning, Tax compliance
• Tax audit and internal/external audit support
• Analyze possible tax credits against the company´s operations due to the performance in the preparation of obligations
• Filing of Tax Returns (Indirect Taxes – GIA, EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contribuições, DIPAM), DCTF and PERDCOMP - Tax Credits Control.
• Participation in projects we must deliver, as of as of tax implications of new operations/processes.
• Responsible for direct and indirect tax team leadership

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
• Experience in Tax compliance/Tax calculation/Tax local obligations.
• Experience in Tax systems and Local Obligations, like: SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, DCTF, DIPAM, GIA, REINF, GIA ST
• High level of expertise in Brazilian Tax matters
• Experience with projects implementations
• Knowledge in indirect taxes
• Strong communication skills
• Hands on - Pro Active
• Analytical
• Strong experience in team leadership
