Our opportunity: We are looking for a Bilingual Training Analyst (Sales and Digital Marketing).
To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Advanced English
- Experience with training or multiplication of content
- Experience in digital marketing or consultative sales
- Experience with online advertisements, support via chat, telephone, email and document creation will be an advantage
The main activities of this role are:
- Develop onboarding programs for new account participants
- Develop and deliver content update training and design individual coaching plans in partnership with Team Leaders, evaluating performance and opportunities for improvement based on identified gaps.
- Prepare/translate learning materials for programs
- Implement and provide feedback on training programs
- Conduct research to assess the effectiveness of programs
- Research new teaching methods
- Attend education conferences
- Conduct ongoing and thorough analyzes of organizational, departmental and individual training needs
- Ensure training solutions are designed in a logical, structured and clear way, reflecting learning objectives and suitable for a range of learning styles
