WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager (Generalist) to join our team with a specific focus on Brazil. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in owning and executing various marketing initiatives, including events, content creation, and managing our social media presence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and Manage end-to-end event planning and execution for both virtual and in-person events in
Brazil, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events. - Lead logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and post-event analysis for successful
event experiences. - Contribute to the development and execution of content marketing strategies, including creating
engaging content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, tailored for the Brazil
market. - Collaborate with local leadership and the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align
with our business objectives and target audience in Brazil. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product and sales teams, to ensure consistent
messaging and brand alignment throughout marketing initiatives. - Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize
strategies and drive continuous improvement
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years of proven experience in executing marketing initiatives, including events, content marketing, and social media, with a focus on the Brazil market.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to deeply understand user needs, market dynamics, and competition in Brazil.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partners.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with
- internal teams and external stakeholders
