WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
ManyChat is expanding its business in Brazil, with a local team, local office and local operation. And we need a experienced professional to help us in setting up the right processes that will lead us to success. In this role, this professional will collaborate closely to the Head of the Region, coordinate all efforts in market with strong guidance from and partnership with the global functions, like HR and Finance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee the operations in Brazil, together with the Head of Region
- Adopt the global processes to Brazil, in regard to Human Resources, Office Setup, Legal and Finance
- Help set-up a local presence and culture, being a Key element in setting the culture of the Brazilian team and office
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders in the Tech, HR, Finance and Legal teams
- Bring back to the global teams knowledge and expertise on the Brazilian market operation
- Coordinate local internal and external events and collaborate on global events
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in Facilities or HR for tech companies in Brazil
- Track record of success in coordinating all aspects of an office operation
- Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams and work streams
- Experience in Events Production and or Hospitality is a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish
