Brazil Training Manager

RESPONSABILTIES :

• The Retail trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for retail teams in the telephone sector.
• Develop personalized training programs for retail teams, focusing on improving sales techniques, product knowledge and trade marketing strategies in the telephone sector.
• Develop teaching materials, manuals and visual resources to support training programs, keeping them updated in accordance with telephone market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to identify training needs and propose improvements to sales processes and marketing strategies.

EXPERIENCE :

Have experience to hold the big training event, such as workshop, client training ect.
